MAHATHIR AND NAJIB LOST THE ‘MORAL AUTHORITY AND LEGITIMACY’ TO LEAD THE GOVERNMENT THE GRAND SAINT OF IMMORAL AUTHORITY

‘Fear and greed go hand in hand. The greed is over for Dr M. Now it’s the fear of losing everything when Anwar becomes PM.’ The old geyser and his band of thieves are damn afraid of change as a change will expose their wile and deceitful ways. They may escape here, but in the hereafter they will pay a terrible price.surprised that even former PM Dr Mahathir Mohamad would take the first plane out should Pakatan Rakyat come to power. No doubt, there will be lots of skeletons in his closet.it’s about time Anwar trained his guns at Mahathir. People have been angry with Mahathir since the late 1990s and it is about time the rakyat were reminded of his atrocities.Only Anwar can do that. Please make that dream come true for Malaysians. It is great news that the mouthpiece of UMNO is calling Judge Zabidin bodoh and a nincompoop.
Utusan will make many educated Malays very angry with their munafiq analysis and create more groundswell against their political masters.
It has been most pleasant to note that a Malay primary classmate with the Ministry of Defence is supporting Pakatan and shall be voting for a change. As long as he can steer Malaysia out of the bottom of the outdoor toilet that it is in now, that is all that matters. And judging from how the states under Pakatan Rakyat have been run, I am certain that he can do that. they paid only RM130,244 for a piece of land worth RM3.3 million? If this is true, then it is robbery.
So in 2002, the BN state government together with the Umno division of Tanjung Karang conspired to rob the rakyat of Selangor. This is, of course, a crime.
When Pakatan forms the next federal government, a new law should be proposed – a Special Land Acquisition Act. This Act will allow the government to acquire the land back at the original price that these people paid for it.
Even CSL has acknowledged in his losing debate with LGE that the NEP has been hijacked – by TDM and Najis, of course!
Time for the Malays to steer Malaysia into the right direction. This can only be done by ditching BN and voting When PR comes to power just closed shop for the papers and let the fabricators rot in hell without jobs and bring all the liars to court for fabrication of evidence against Anwar Ibrahim for sodomy 1 n 2 and further more against Bersih 1 n 2 as n illegal movement and also termed them as communist.Umno and its branches will maintain their stoic silence over these issues because there is nothing much that can be done other than embarrass them. The rakyat are beginning to wonder how huge and deep is the corruption in BN government. how they raped the whole country. And they have the cheek to think that LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) people are bad. This is only in Selangor where much of the records were destroyed by BN on the night after the elections. Penang and Perak too suffered the same fate.
We can’t help wondering if the same trend will happen if they lose federal government after 13th GE, whether they would adopt the scorch-earth policy. If they do, all of them must be charged for treason against the rakyat of Malaysia.
Even then as long as they don’t respond, the best that it can be is an allegation. So they get away with it. Unless, of course, the Selangor state is willing to forcefully forfeit the land.Anyway, they consist of people of this world with no regard whatsoever for the next.
Can Najib do that. Is he himself so clean?
help the Sarawakians, probe Taib and if guilty, impound his wealth, seize his assets, prosecute him to the highest courts and show Malaysians that no one is safe from such excesses of power abuse and corruption,” PKR vice president Tian Chua told Malaysia Chronicle.
PAS spiritual leader Datuk Nik Aziz Nik Mat said today he could not bring himself to accept the Barisan Nasional (BN) victory in the two by-elections yesterday because the government machinery was allegedly biased.
PAS lost in the by-elections in Kerdau, Pahang, and Merlimau, Malacca, because the entire government machinery and the mainstream media were allegedly biased towards the BN, he told reporters here.
Both the BN candidates, Syed Ibrahim Syed Ahmad and Roslan Ahmad, won with bigger majorities in Kerdau and Merlimau, respectively, in the by-elections yesterday.
Asked about DAP’s call for the PAS government of Kelantan to revoke the ban on gambling in the state, Nik Aziz, who is Kelantan mentri besar, said the state government was prepared to provide an explanation for DAP chairman Karpal Singh to understand the move behind the ban.
“The matter can be discussed, as Karpal Singh has mentioned,” he said.
Karpal Singh had called on the state government to revoke its ban on gambling, saying that federal law allowed gambling for non-Muslims, after the local authorities in Kota Baru raided three business premises where lottery tickets were sold.
As the political tsunami of 2008 and Najib Razak’s chant of change entered their second year, the public expected Parliament to be truly a place of intellectual discussion, discourse, and debate to determine and decide on the laws and direction of the nation.
Sadly, it proved to be a great disappointment.
Instead of displaying a parliament with verve, vigour and vibrancy, there were members of parliament who got into verbal brawls, others took pride in telling vulgar jokes, some remained virtually silent or vanished from most of the parliamentary sittings and a few were very versatile in histrionics and in veering towards a fist-fight!
There were of course those MPs who vaulted out of the PKR for reasons most vile and venal to be “independent” of the will of the very people who voted for the party they once represented! Their only contribution in Parliament was to spew venom against the PKR and to spill its supposed secrets, ironically spoiling their own reputation.
Vacuous answers were given by ministers, their deputies or representatives to vital questions posed especially by members of the opposition. To preserve the Barisan Nasional’s (BN) veneer of consensus, BN MPs voted according to what the PM and Umno wanted — they were reminded that they have no volition of their own when in Parliament!
At times the vituperative speaker and his deputies ignored and even allowed virulent attacks by the BN MPs on PR MPs. Umno MPs had a field day flagrantly violating the rules of parliament. A huge percentage of motions from the opposition were rejected whilst bills were blindly rushed through by the BN’s unabashed brute majority.
The sad and scandalous state of affairs in Parliament came to a climax on December 16, 2010. Anwar Ibrahim and three other senior leaders of PR were suspended from Parliament for six months through two separate resolutions in a process fraught with misinterpretation, misrepresentation and deceit.
Well-known writer Kim Quek called it “the butchering of democracy” in Parliament and “undoubtedly the most shameful episode in our parliamentary history”. Soon after the fiasco and fracas, almost all fingers were pointed at the man who plays a very decisive role in Parliament — Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia.
Free Malaysia Today (December 21, 2010) put Pandikar in his place: “At every turn, Pandikar Amin was there to thwart the every move of the opposition to seek a just hearing. He was prompt to throw out those sitting on the other side without reason or rhyme. He acted as if he is lord and master of all he surveys and Parliament is just a plaything.
“When coming down hard on the opposition, he gave the impression that opposition lawmakers are an unruly bunch of hotheads who do not deserve to sit in the chamber. They should be ejected. He portrayed the other side as gentlemen of high honour and decorum.

STOP your lies, Utusan: Anwar was acquitted due to FABRICATED evidence, NOT technicality

refer to the report in the Utusan Malaysia newspaper on 8 July 2012 that claimed that Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had been acqutted in the Fitnah II trial on a technicality.
Utusan Malaysia’s claim is completely opposite and inconsistent with the reasons for acquittal given in Judge Zabidin Mohd Diah’s written judgement. Judge Zabidin had concluded in his 80 page judgement that he could not convict Anwar Ibrahim on the uncorroborated evidence of the complainant Saiful.
What this means is that Saiful’s evidence was simply not reliable enough to convict the opposition leader. As a matter of law, if the Judge had found Saiful’s evidence reliable, he could have convicted Anwar Ibrahim without seeking for further corroborative evidence. In short, the Judge did not acquit on a technicality, but because he was not convinced that Anwar Ibrahim was guilty.
Police fabrication of evidence ignored
It is clear that the UMNO-owned Utusan Malaysia was motivated equally by ignorance of the Judge’s reasoning and malice against Anwar in making the baseless claim that he was acquitted on a technicality.
Further, Utusan Malaysia deliberately ignored crucial findings by the Judge which showed that the police had tampered with the evidence. The judge found that the evidence plastic bag (P27) was cut open by the investigating officer and that the seals were not tamper-proof, which indicates fabrication of evidence against Anwar.
Who gave the orders for the investigating office to meddle with the evidence? The Judges findings now prove that the sodomy charges were a vicious political conspiracy against Anwar mounted by UMNO-BN with the compliance of the authorities.READMOREhttp://muslimmalaysiareview.blogspot.com/2012/07/najib-lost-moral-authority-and.html
