God is way bigger than Najib what fanatics like Munafik Nazri think on custodial death

Even if it was him, so what? Don't tell me youi want an RCI to investigate all porn? Start with Chua Soi Lek's video, since it involves sex against the order of nature, which is a crime and there is no debate as to whether CSL is guilty or not, since he has admitted to it.RCIs should be done on PKFZ, Petronas' distribution of royalties to Kelantan, MACC's alleged killing of witness and suspects, immigration records being deleted, a Mongolian national being blown to bits by special force officers using military-grade explosives, defence procurements of overpriced submarines, armoured vehicles, OPVs (offshore patrol vessels) and missing jet engines, police brutality for killing its detainees and indiscriminate shooting of suspected-but-yet-to-be-proven criminals, independence of the judiciary, native customary right lands, and so on. Malaysia: It's funny how people seem to keep 'falling' out of MACC windows 'in the blink of an eye' when MACC officers are 'not watching them'. In fact, it's 'funny' how people seem to keep dying at the hands of MACC and the police.Did Teoh Beng Hock strangle himself and throw himself out the window at Plaza Masalam? Did Aminulrasyid Amzah shoot himself in the back of the head? Did Altantuya Shariibuu blow herself up 'in the blink of an eye' when no one was watching her? Did A Kugan and R Gunasegaran beat themselves to death while no one was watching? No one is questioning the need to fight corruption, but with yet another senseless death in custody, MACC no longer has the authority to take on that responsibility, even less so the police or the Attorney-General's Office.
What is needed is the establishment of the long-delayed Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC), but one which answers directly to Parliament, not to the Umno-BN regime. Excuse me Najib, you have failed to point out the similarities in the two cases. First, both victims had been subjected to certain kinds of interrogations which must have left an indelible mark on them. So the hypothesis is, they killed themselves.
Second, both died in the custody of MACC. So who else should take the responsibility? Either way, as head of the regime, Najib bears certain responsibilities.
Perhaps this is an issue of knowledge acquisition versus knowledge application. In China in the 1980s, not too long after the Cultural Revolution had ended, many top party cadres were sent by the Chinese government to US top universities (such as Stanford, MIT, Harvard, Yale, Berkeley, etc) to get their MBA.Upon graduation, they returned to serve in factories and applied the newly acquired skills of management by objective (MBO) with great enthusiasm. In their eagerness to reach for results, workers below them were harshly punished for not achieving the stated goals.Within a short period of time, a dozen or so of this batch of US - MBAs were killed by disgruntled factory workers. Subsequent high-level findings revealed the wrong application of Peter Drucker's MBO as adequate measures had not been placed. In the same way, MACC boys could also have misapplied the wrong principles. Najib said, "We must remember that MACC is doing this to safeguard national funds. Corruption is serious and if we can stop this racket, which has been ongoing for years, then it is the rakyat who will benefit."
There were reports on Abdul Taib Mahmud by various people. Are you instructing MACC to investigate him?

Join the Malaysiakini community and help set the news agenda It is a little over two years since Najib Razak became Malaysia’s sixth Prime Minister and his administration seems to be lurching from recklessness to ruin. His “People First, Performance Now” slogan is falling apart. That is not all that is breaking up, the whole country seems to be disintegrating.

Malaysians are reeling from the latest shock incident where a senior customs officer, Ahmad Sarbani Mohamad, fell to his death, in mysterious circumstances, at the MACC building in Cheras.
The commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Comission Abu Kassim Mohamad had earlier called for Ahmad Sarbani’s death “not be exploited or manipulated by certain quarters for their personal interests” as “malicious and full of ill-intent.”
Abu Kassim is rather disingenuous. His outfit has failed the public several times before. He is in no position to tell others off.
In fact, it is he and the MACC who should stand aside and allow an independent body to conduct the investigations into all these deaths. In truth, Abu Kassim should tender his resignation for he has failed miserably. Two similar deaths in as many years is a frightening statistic.
The MACC is under the Prime minister’s department. Presumably Abu Kassim takes his orders from the Prime Minister. Thus far, we have not heard anything substantial from Najib about this recent death. Why?
Now that another death has been recorded, Abu Kassim’s record is untenable.
Najib is also to shoulder the blame. It happened under his watch.
The death of someone who goes to assist questioning is one death too many. But two deaths, is more than just a coincidence.
No foreign investor is going to be inspired by all that is happening in Malaysia. And we too are not moved by Najib’s tepid logic.
Does Abu Kassim think that Malaysians have any more trust in its law enforcement agencies?
The police are known to beat up those in custody. Some have died from their beatings. If they don’t beat them up, they shoot to kill. In civilised countries around the world, the police is supposed to protect its citizens, not harm them like in Malaysia.
The death of Ahmad Sarbani couldn’t have come at a worse time. Teoh Beng Hock, a political aide also died in mysterious circumstances having fallen off another MACC building. His death is currently being investigated in a Royal Commission of Inquiry.
Ahmad Sarbani’s colleagues as well as the freight forwarders who used to work with him, had only good words to say about him. One should not speculate but it was said that Ahmad Sarbani was going to post a document today.
Did that document contain information that would reveal all the goings on in the current investigations into the Customs graft probe? Usually, those at the bottom try and protect someone higher up. Could the trail have led to a person or persons unknown, much higher up in the government, like in the Cabinet?
Someone certainly felt that his position needed to be protected at all costs. Ahmad Sarbani probably knew too much. A person with the authority to enter the MACC offices or any other government building, could so easily have slipped into the MACC building undetected or under pretext, and harmed Ahmad Sarjani.
Clearly, Najib’s administration does not inspire foreign investor confidence or even his own citizens.
Thus far, Najib has kept silent on why his administration feels a need to use sex and slander against his political opponents.
Najib’s Cabinet is staffed by politicians who are corrupt. Some of them are alleged rapists. Others in his ruling Umno party are confirmed child rapists.
Najib appoints people who are guilty of money politics to head big government corporations.
Najib’s ministers play the race and religion card and are not at all responsive to the needs of the other religions and races in the nation, as we can see in the Bible debacle.
Malaysia lacks a strong, clean and effective government. But will Najib ever get his act together? Should he even attempt to earn back our trust? Actually, he need not bother.

As for AG, there is no hope. He was no impartial from day one. Maybe the AG hat is just way too big for this Patail. If he can’t serve Malaysian decisively and fairly, it is better he resigns and let someone better do the job.
These findings confirm the prevalence of the bureaucratic and administrative forms of corruption that take place at the implementation end of politics, where the public meets public officials. Bureaucratic corruption pervades the Malaysian administrative system with widespread practices of bribery, nepotism, and misuse of official positions and resources. report states that Malaysia is characterised by a deeply rooted patronage system and pervasive corruption at all levels of the polity and administration.
It didn’t come as much of a surprise therefore, when a recent secret survey conducted by a government agency found that over 100 very senior secretary-level government officials have joined, either as full-time executives or as board members, companies with whom they had done official business. The crackdown in corruption has to come from the top. Its a pervasive cancer and affects us at every point in our lives. We have become inured to this and accept it as a part of our lives. Our politicians who are easily the kingpins have generated a lot of awe and envy and I am surprised to see hoardings of “leaders” and their yes men at evey corner. The stakes are high and the system is totally corrupt. I dont see a strong future for our country.
In malaysia, the web of corruption probably has a bureaucratic core. A vast bureaucracy that is instituted to control every aspect of economic life creates the incentives for individual and institutionalized corruption. Then the “democratic” political system uses that bureaucracy to extract rents that are used for fueling the vast political machinery. It is no mystery that underdevelopment and high degrees of corruption are highly correlated. There are causal links between the two and most likely these are bi-directional. MALAYSIA’S development is critically dependent on reducing corruption. The cost of corruption to the country could be billions , management guru estimates.
Last few months, we saw the whole nation following passionately the case o f SODOMY11 ‘Molester GHANI PATAIL’. Would anyone raise voice against the molesting of our JUDICIARY?
If desecration is done on their sacred places, will they let them off the hook? These purported journalists disguised themselves as devotees entered the Catholic church and partake the holy communion, should they be let off the hook? Double standard! Why the double standard? When RPK wrote about Islam, this UMNO youth monkey along with JAIS, JAKIM and JAKUN jumps to the roof demanding blood. And the AG Office was very fast at issuing the arrest warrant! The police was equally very swift indeed arresting RPK! For what they think (hell! they could not even understand what they read) had offended Islam they sent RPK to Kamunting.
Now when those reporter humiliate the catholic church and arrogantly publish their misdeeds, this monkey again jumps, but now saying nothing should be done and the “culprit had learnt their lessons”?
I am Muslim, but I think this garbage from AG Office is pure double standard and nonsense! How could they expect the non-Muslims to respect the Muslims if these UMNO regime institutions keep churning double-standard garbage!wWhat these 2 extremist journalists did was a premeditated act with intentions to provoke a eaction fromthe Christians – particularly the Catholic Church. They knew and believed that this “desecration of the host” is something that Catholics would find it very intolerable.
That the AG would sweep it under the carpet shows that he believes that the Muslims can insult other minority religions at whim for political gains.
No wonder he commands no moral authority whatsoever in everything he does.
Now a political nobody, a has been, need to stooop so low to want to carry his balls by defending his in-actions.
Precedent has been set by AG whereby desceration of religion practice by others of different faith will not be persecuted. What kind of messages is AG sending out? It is as if the AG has a wild beast free to attack anybody!.If desecration is done on their sacred places, will they let them off the hook? These purported journalists disguised themselves as devotees entered the Catholic church and partake the holy communion, should they be let off the hook? Double standard!
The AG will undoubtedly take the same stance pertaining to the cow head saga. What if it had been the other way round if a Catholic had gone to a mosque and desecrated some holy articles? Would the AG drop charges or would he press more charges? The world is watching such activities repeatedly occuring in Malaysia. Is this in keeping with the so called 1Malaysia? It appears that what is good for the goose is not good for the gander. God is watching coz heaven has eyesIt is all premeditated. All the scipt was prepared in advance perhaps on the instruction of some religious bigot during a gathering. Which journalist will risk himself, with this undertaking, knowing fully well that there no iota of truth in the matter?
Their journalistic role was purely meant to intimidate. No More! What kind of news were they hoping to produce when there is now news.
Now the truth of prearranged assignment is out. They are off – SCOT FREE.
To say that, to press charges may raised tension and triggered unrest is the most stupid thing to say ,as many Muslims would see the wrong committed by these two journalists. To press charges wrong bring satisfaction to many including Muslims except some sturbborn extremists Malays like Khairy. The Allah issue has nothing to do with these two mischivious trouble makers. The Allah issue is the mistake of the home ministry who try to ban the catholic weekly from using the word. This is how UMNO works. Ordinary citizens are subjected to rule of law, however not the ruling UMNO elite. We shall do them a favour in the next general election.
The obvious conclusion that we can come to is that like the church firebombing, and the pig head throwing, the cow head incident, and now the desecration of the communion, they are all acting for, or under the instruction of UMNO. Najib’s One Malaysia is the biggest lie since Dr. Goebbels Nazi propaganda machine went out of work.
Every single issue is manipulated by the politicians, as long as they can gain political mileage. Talk of strengthening our resolve.
Should anyone in their right mind believe either him or UMNO ?
