Universiti Malaya we are the only BN friendly Schools for scandal

UM deputy vice-chancellor for student affairs Prof Datuk Dr Rohana Yusof has warned organisers against going ahead with an event featuring Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. – Pic courtesy um.edu.my, October 26, 2014.
UM deputy vice-chancellor for student affairs Prof Datuk Dr Rohana Yusof Your self-image and what you convey about yourself to rest of the world influences perceptions and the ultimate reality about you!
UM deputy vice-chancellor for student affairs Prof Datuk Dr Rohana Yusof and her gang They’re all thieves What’s not to admire about the changeover from ugly duckling (metaphorically speaking) to graceful swan, with all its attendant soul-searching and metamorphosing pangs? It certainly requires immense courage to look at yourself from an outside perspective, have the gumption to work on negatives; to actively project the positives, and finally emerge a winner! Years ago,
a couple of examples in real life as well, but the phenomenon is rare enough to deserve applause. The event that triggered this thought process was Hillary Clinton’s recent town hall interview in Washington, broadcast worldwide. Gone is the uptight humourless, diffident Senator and later Secretary of State Clinton talking from a distance. In her place was a relaxed, warm, confident-in-her-skin Hillary accepting questions with a smile and answering them honestly. Indeed, in the digital age, Hillary has embraced new media effectively to get a swift makeover and reach out to the youth in an ageless maneuver!

SAIFUL AKAN ‘BERKAHWIN’ DENGAN FARAH AZLINA?

The lead counsel also submitted that Saiful was not as innocent as made out to be and referred the court to the affair he allegedly had with a female public prosecutor during the trial.
"He seduced her to get confidential information," Sri Ram said.
Rebutting other points raised by the prosecution, Sri Ram cast doubt on the lubricant allegedly used during the sexual act, which had been cited as evidence that the sodomy took place.
Sri Ram said the investigating officer Supt Jude Pereira had at first refused the gel given to him as evidence by Saiful, but the next day took it for investigation purposes.
"Added to the fact was that no trace of the jelly was found on the carpet (where the alleged sodomy occurred)," he said.
The carpet where Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim allegedly sodomised his former aide was used to highlight more gaps in the prosecution's arguments in the defence's closing statement of Anwar's appeal against his sodomy conviction at the Federal Court this afternoon

SEX NEEDS TO BE SPONTANEOUS AND ONLY THEN DOES IT COMPLETELY FULFILL AND PLEASE ONE. HERE ARE THREE STEPS THAT WILL GUARANTEE ULTIMATE SEXUAL PLEASURE.
Five years had passed after the incident and do you hear how Saiful had managed to make his living? He even had a lavish wedding. Not bad for an unemployed man.
Over the weekend, Raja Petra Kamaruddin of Malaysia-Today has come up with several revelations in the case of the sodomy allegations against Anwar Ibrahim (forgive this very lazy kind of blogging).
Here’s some interesting points, in case you cannot access Malaysia-Today.
Who is Rodwan, and why the secret meeting in Room 619?
According to RPK, Saiful Bukhairy had met a police “conspirator” – Senior Assistant Commissioner (SAC) II Mohd Rodwan Mohd Yusof – before the former lodged a police report against Anwar Ibrahim on 26 June. The secret meeting took place in Room 619 of the Concorde Hotel on 25 June. Both men had spoken about 8 times on the phone.
[Rodwan was the same police officer who was involved in fabricating the 1998 sodomy allegation against Anwar Ibrahim. He was allegedly the man who illegally took Anwar’s specimens, which subsequently mysteriously reappeared as ‘stains’ on a mattress].
What do you tell Malaysians who are impatiently waiting for the outcome of these allegations?
There’s more kinky sex during the trial which will put Astro out of business. That Malaysians will eventually come to know who Mumtaz Jaafar is and what her ‘special’ links with Rosmah are. Further to that, Malaysians will be told about the relationship between Najib’s Special Officer, Khairul Anas, and Saiful — “and the less than manly reputation these two buggers had while still in school. Yes, the excitement and kinky sex that is going to spill over from this trial will cause Astro to lose a lot of business”.
Will Anwar be arrested within these few days and why?
RPK claims that Abdullah Ahmad Badawi wants to charge Anwar because this would invariably dragged Najib Tun Razak and his wife Rosmah Mansor, aka Dotty, into the whole mess. The police have recorded both Najib’s and his wife’s statements under Section 112. So that means Najib and Rosmah would both have to take the witness stand to testify during the course of the trial.
So, this is not about Anwar but Najib?
No, this is not a case of Anwar being set up for a fall under false allegations of sodomy. It is about Najib being dragged into the mess and being fingered as the dalang behind the conspiracy to set Anwar up. Sure, Anwar will face a temporary setback. He will spend five to six years in jail and then will be declared not guilty. But Najib will be sent into retirement for good.
“This is not about Anwar. This is about Najib. And Najib has not awoken to this fact yet. Poor thing” (says RPK)

  • Today, the mother of all trials in Malaysian history begins. This is bigger then the Jean Pareira murder case in the 80′s. I don’t think I had much chance to read papers those days but I still remember vividly about it. This case is receiving worldwide attention. I think if this can be commercialized, the ratings would have beaten American Idol or the movie Avatar. Quoting partly what Mahathir said, ” If they can make Avatar, this is nothing.” I believe majority Malaysian will not accept what ever the prosecution wants to say. Another blogger, Steadyaku47, wrote “Fool the Rakyat once, shame on you. Fool the Rakyat twice? Shame on the Rakyat!”
  • I believe all Anwar supporters, sympathizers’ as well opponent is glued to the papers and to the internet. Everyone wants to know what transpired in courts. I am no exception. I don’t know how many people reads with an analytical view and how many would read and accept what is written blindly as gospel (oops! a Christian word, Muslim cannot use?) truth.
  • On 29/7/2008, I wrote an article under the heading“PUSRAWI Medical Report.. Did RPK err?”.
I remember I receive a lot of bashing from Anwar supporters because they cannot differentiate between “Medical Reports” and “Medical Notes” and the message I was trying to drive at. There was almost a fanatical behaviour of the readers. I concluded my writing then that the notes have not proved or disapprove anything.
  • Malaysiakini gave a good rendition of what transpired in court today. I took the liberty of copying an image from the article and it is displayed here for easy reference. Shown below is part of the Pusrawi Medical notes which RPK made it public sometime back. Please focus on date and time on the images. The full PUSRAWI medical notes can be read from my earlier article.
  • "Machiavellian" techniques to control Saiful, and also claimed that Saiful "idolised" Anwar.
Sri Ram submitted that Saiful "hated" Anwar, based on evidence from his posts on his Friendster account.
Saiful had put up posts which showed he was pro-Barisan Nasional, he told the court.
Saiful's friend, named Najwan, was also called to testify in the trial and he had said that Saiful could not be trusted.
"Najwan had even emailed Anwar to warn him of Saiful," said Sri Ram.
The prosecution, however, had dismissed this evidence, calling Najwan "jealous" of Saiful as he was working for the opposition leader.
Sri Ram urged the court to take Najwan's testimony seriously, as it debunked the prosecution's claim that Anwar and Saiful had a "relationship".
To the prosecution's claims that a luxury suit, perks and allowances given to Saiful were proof of a relationship, Sri Ram said that during trial Saiful produced in court what he claimed was the pants from a Brioni suit, but the pants had no label. The jacket of the supposed suit was also never produced.

UMNO  is on trial again. After Sodomy 1 fabrication,UMNO lost their 2/3 majority and 5 states to Anwar. After sodomy 2@fitnah 2,they are going to lose the GE and Putrajaya. The rakyat are no more taking Dope like Khairi.Everyone knows

Gani Pattail got promoted to AG For his role in Anwar’s case for sodomy
Mahathir purposely brought himTo stop and kill Anwar Ibrahim
They now trying to do the same scenario
Najib, Musa,  Gani Pattail, , the trioTrying, again to do it all over
But round one went to Anwar’s favour
The judges have become brave and daringSaying enough is enough to your raping
Of the court and the judiciary With your repeated cases of sodomy

Reincarnation Judge Augustine Paul UMNO FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS, THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO BULLY TO GET THEIR WAY AND NOW THINK IT IS THEIR BIRTHRIGHT.
your time has come to face god almighty and all things you did on earth will be relevant my dear judge. hope god shows you mercy. and history will remember you and your family will carry that burden. just see how people speak of your death.may god bless you.

The return of  former Premier Mahathir Mohamad

Mahathir-Vs-NajibThe Games They Play Mahathir vs Najib
One of the pillars of a democracy is the right to free speech, dissent, and the right to privacy. One view of Malaysia is that we are, actually, a democracy in the making. Taking that view, recent reports
The first casualty here is the right to privacy. Rather than basing the breaching of privacy on the principle of the greater common good — going after criminals, terrorists or checking economic fraud — it seems our authorities are engaged in a bit of free-for-all. So, making the Right to Privacy a basic right would enshrine the Supreme Court’s practice of reading that Right as part of the Right to Protection of Life and Personal Liberty (Article 21 of the Constitution). Then, free speech and dissent being a key principle, the state has no business intruding into people’s opinions. Why, for example, can’t the principle on which newspapers are run, open debate and free opinion, be extended to forms of social media?

D-day for eight Universiti Malaya students who are scheduled to appear before a disciplinary board this morning for organising a rally with opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim last week.
And despite the prospect of being expelled from the institution, they said they did not regret their actions.
The charges against the eight, described as "ridiculous", range from attending an illegal rally to using a loud hailer.
"I knew what I was getting myself into even before the rally and I am ready to face it," Universiti Malaya (UM) Undergraduates' Association (PMUM) vice-president Haw Yu Hong told The Malaysian Insider.
"I have no regrets. I am mentally prepared for what is coming," he said.
At the end of the nine-hour proceedings today, the students will know their fate – whether it will be a slap on the wrist (a RM200 fine or a warning letter) or a suspension or worse –expulsion.
The “Anwar Ibrahim: 40 Years from UM to jail” rally on October 27 was banned by university authorities, who also ordered a campus lockdown ahead of the event to prevent Anwar from entering the grounds.
A crowd forced open the main gates at its Kuala Lumpur/Bangsar entrance and marched onto the campus grounds. Anwar later entered the campus and addressed some 2,000 students.
Four days later, Haw and seven other students, including PMUM president Fahmi Zainol, were served with disciplinary notices and asked to attend a hearing today.
Fahmi was slapped with nine charges, while UM Pro-Mahasiswa president Safwan Shamsuddin faces three charges and the rest, two each.
Haw said the charges were ridiculous and added that he had very little to do with organising the rally besides contacting the media.
"I was not in the working committee. If I can be charged with standing there, so can the HEP (Student Affairs Division)."
Expressing disappointment in the university, the 22-year-old said his only regret was believing in the university.
"I regret believing in HEP, I regret believing in the university. It is not a democracy but a monarchy, headed by the vice-chancellor," he said.
If the worst happened and he was expelled, Haw said he might pursue his dreams as a musician or a songwriter.
"I might even continue my studies overseas but in another field," said the third-year engineering student, adding that his parents, especially his father, have been supportive of his activism.
Despite the threat of expulsion, Khairol Najib Hashim, 22, who is the president of the Persatuan Mahasiswa Islam Universiti Malaya (PMIUM), also said he was not afraid to face the disciplinary board.
"In fact, we have become braver and bolder after receiving the letter. I am ready to face whatever the outcome of the proceedings," he said.
The third-year Islamic Political Science student, who is facing two charges, said his parents were initially worried about him but after he had explained his position and the struggles of the students, they became supportive.
"They understand now. They know why we are doing this and why we are in this position. I told them that the Universities and University Colleges Act (AUKU) was unconstitutional and we had to fight it," he added.
"We shouldn't have received these disciplinary letters. It goes against our rights as students under the constitution."
Third-year law student Abraham Au, who is also facing two charges, said if he was expelled, he would use his case to appeal for a judicial review of AUKU.
"I will appeal to the minister (against the expulsion) and then go for judicial review," he told The Malaysian Insider.
"It would be a good way to scrap the disciplinary rules on a constitutional basis."
Au said the accusations thrown at all eight students were unfair as they had not crossed any legal boundaries.
"PMUM supports academic freedom. And this was an academic discourse but it had to be within legal constraints. I felt that we did not cross any legal boundaries."
Like Khairol's parents, Au revealed that his parents could not have been more supportive after they were told of the students' struggles in activism on campus.
"We are advocating for the future generation, for academic freedom and more. This will not deter us."

    Schools for scandal

The Right to Education has become a sick joke. And the sickest part of it is that, on top of the other taxes levied on the taxpayer,
DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang has slammed BN governmentUniversiti Malaya have become totally dysfunctional, promoting what should be called the national scandal mission , asking it to look at its international standings before looking to penalise its students unnecessarily.

The charges against the eight, described as "ridiculous", range from attending an illegal rally to using a loud hailer.

Anwar at UM“I want Malaysia to be ruled by people who care about its countrymen and will move the country forward, and bring together all the races as one people.” -Fahmi Zainol
Just as humanism is baffled by the deliberate will to evil, so is a well-honed sensibility puzzled by the ridiculous and the weird. MP for Wangsa Maju, Dr Tan Kee Kwong, who studied medicine at the Universiti Malaya in the 1960s, was constrained to remind his alma mater of its more urbane days when he learned yesterday of the nine charges being preferred against UM student leader Fahmi Zainol.
Dr Tan Kee Kwong“Given the nature of the nine charges they have preferred against Fahmi, the university leadership has become the object of ridicule,” said Tan (left), who is now chairperson of the membership panel of PKR.Fahmi is President of the Persatuan Mahasiswa Universiti Malaya (PMUM) who has been slapped by the authorities with nine charges for defying them over an invitation to PKR adviser Anwar Ibrahim to address students on the campus last Monday.
UM authorities warned PMUM not to go ahead with the event and barred students from attending but the gathering took place despite the bans. Yesterday, Fahmi and eight other student leaders were notified of the charges against them but the former is the only one being slapped with nine counts of defiance, including one that faults him for using a megaphone.”This is ridiculous and the height of petty-mindedness,” offered Tan, when commenting on the charges against Fahmi.
“I’m reminded of the 60s when I was in the university. All sorts of politicians were invited to speak on the issues of the day,”  recalled.”UM was known for its openness to conflicting views and presentations. Debate and exchanges were regarded as healthy and no one was made to suffer for organising and attending the functions or events,” said the medical graduate.
    Syed Husin also barred
Tan said he was startled to discover “the other day that my PKR colleague, Senatordr-syed-husin-ali1 Dr Syed Husin Ali (right), has been barred from speaking at UM where he had been Dean of a faculty.”
“If this is not ridiculous I don’t know what is!” exclaimed Tan, son of the legendary ‘Mr Opposition’, Dr Tan Chee Koon, who in the 1960s and in following was Malaysia’s leading oppositionist.
“The past few days I have been sitting at the Federal Court listening to the Anwar Ibrahim sodomy appeal and the sense of ridiculousness just kept creeping up on me,” offered Tan.
“Now to hear that the UM student leader is being hauled up on charges that would have been laughed to scorn in the 60s is just too much. There are so many issues such as the difficult economic situation in the country, the threat of extremism and the poor condition of inter-ethnic relations that demand our urgent attention and here we have a situation where a student leader is charged for possessing a megaphone – this farce must end and end quickly,” asserted the appalled parliamentarian.
